Fire Cider Tonic is a traditional folk recipe. It is a delicious mixture of both spicy and sweet. It is an excellent example of using food as medicine, as it is full of wonderful culinary, medicinal herbs that help aid digestion, fight colds and flu and stimulate the circulatory system.

In this class you will learn what Fire Cider Tonic is. What it is used for. How to make Fire Cider Tonic using the maceration method.  We will also go over the supplies needed to make Fire Cider Tonic, as well as proper storage and dosage amounts. You will also learn some great ways to include Fire Cider Tonic in regular kitchen recipes such as, salad dressings and marinades.

You will leave this class with a finished and ready to use 2 ounce bottle of organic Fire Cider Tonic, another 5-6 ounces of Fire Cider Tonic in the macerating process that you will take home and decant to refill your bottle, as well as, the skills necessary to make Fire Cider Tonic for you and your family!

You will also have access to over 100 herbs in the apothecary and some additional supplies should you like to purchase them for making more herbal preparations.
