Cold and Flu Needs at the Local Farmer’s Markets!

Today and tomorrow are the last two Farmer’s Markets for the Manifest Nest until March! I just can’t believe how fast this year is already passing! And spring is definitely here at the Beaches, as my peach tree is in full bloom!

Today is the Grand Opening of the Atlantic Beach City Market, aka the ABC Market! I am honored to be participating! The ABC Market is located at New Friendship Church on the corner of Mayport and Dutton Island Roads. Market Hours are 3-6pm.

Tomorrow is the Beaches Green Market at Jarboe Park in Neptune Beach on the corner of 3rd Street and Florida Blvd. Market Hours are 2-5pm.

It would appear that there are many of you feeling a bit under the weather so, I’ve been diligently making your cold and flu needs.

I have a new batch of Fire Cider Tonic and a Fire Cider Tonic Especial that has fresh, organic turmeric root in it! The taste is nearly the same, but the benefits are increased. Both will help to keep your digestive system and circulatory system pumping, while also containing many anti-virals and anti-bacterials to fight off any germs. The turmeric root will also help with inflammation throughout the body. It is also full of antioxidants and a powerful immune enhancer.

I have Elderberry Syrup and Immuni-tea full of immune boosting herbs to help your body fight any germs that may have gotten you already and to help your body prevent them taking ahold. I know I’ve been taking it 2-3x a day, as more and more people have been coming by sick to the apothecary!

I also have Cold and Flu tincture, which I believe to be our strongest cold and flu remedy. These are the herbal big guns. When you know you are sick this tincture can really help your body fight. The goldenseal root is one of nature’s natural antibiotics and the two kinds of echinacea help dry up mucus and boost your immune system.

I also have lots of other lovely herbal products, and will have a bit of the garden’s abundance with me! Come on by and see all the things our local farmers, bakers, and other artisans have to share with you!

Today – Midweek Market! Bull Park in Atlantic Beach from 3-6p. We’ve got lots of new batches of tea we’d love to share with you! It’s a bit blustery but still really quite lovely. Hope to see you there!

Beaches Green Market in Neptune Beach at Jarboe Park 2-5p! 

It’s going to be a brisk one but The Manifest Nest will be at the market today with hot Chakra Blend tea and many more teas to take home and warm up your day! 

And don’t forget elderberry syrup to support your immune system as it adapts to the ever changing weather and many germs going around! 
I’ve also got another new offering for today! It’s a Lavender Rose Facial Spray! It’s perfect for balancing skin, soothing chapped, dry skin, great for healing and preventing acne and as a general toner and can be used to cool hot flashes, which we know also happen on chilly days!

Today is the first day of the Atlantic Beach City Market! Come by today from 3-6p at the New Friendship Church on Mayport Rd. I’ll have sugar snap peas, mustard and collard greens, datil peppers, radishes and dill! As well as my new batch of elderberry syrup, chakra blend tea, and the usual wellness!

Hello Friends! Believe it or not it is already February?!

I wanted to share with all of you the Farmer’s Market Schedule for The Manifest Nest! We are happy to announce that we will be doing three different markets here at the Beaches, with the addition of a Friday market on Mayport Rd. in Atlantic Beach from 3-6pm. See the calendar below for more information on dates and places!

Today, we will be at the Farmer’s Market at Bull Park in Atlantic Beach from 3-6pm. So come on by and get yourself some of our fresh sugar snap peas, herbs, and a brand new batch of Elderberry Syrup! We are even carrying 8oz bottles now for those of you, like my family, that go through so much at this time of year.
